Rogers paperwork
Arkansas title work happens at DFA State Revenue Offices or on MyDMV. Endorse your title, pass it over, then complete Form 10-313 together: VIN, date, odometer, full price. Take off the plates before the truck drives away. They belong to you, and moving them later costs $1.00. From the purchase date, your buyer gets 60 days to register before DFA penalties kick in.
