Wikipedia says the Turismo arrived as a companion to the Dodge Charger for 1983, replacing the TC3 name. If yours is a project that stalled or a Turismo that won't start, you can sell the whole car as it sits. We buy whole non-running and junk cars, with free pickup anywhere in the US.
1984-1985, then 1986-1987
Wikipedia lists a 1.6-liter Peugeot 6J four, plus a 4-speed Volkswagen manual, a 5-speed A525 manual and a 3-speed A413 automatic. EPA data covers 1984 to 1987, and the Dodge Shadow and Plymouth Sundance replaced the pair.
1984-1985. One complaint each year: a seat on the 1984, a wheel on the 1985, which also reports a crash. Recall 84V147000 covers both years: fuel can leak at the silver reservoir can on the air cleaner, in a 340,000-vehicle campaign that may include other models. The 1985 adds 84V116000, an emissions valve that can stall the engine while stopping, coasting or turning. That campaign lists 2,385 vehicles.
1986-1987. No complaints are filed under 1986, yet it has two recalls. 86V053000 is battery vents blocked by plastic flashing, which can let the case rupture. 91V056000 is rear trailing arm pivot bolts that can crack from stress corrosion, in a 55,000-vehicle campaign. The 1987 has two complaints, steering and exterior lighting. The 1987's lone campaign, 91V132000, covers a pressure regulator in the fuel plumbing that can leak under the hood.

Fix or sell?
Four complaints say little about how these cars hold up. The recalls point to two things worth a look on any Turismo: fuel leaks under the hood and the rear pivot bolts. Run the VIN at NHTSA's recall lookup. If the car won't start and the quote climbs past what a running one is worth, see car doesn't run or old project car.
