Source: NHTSA's owner complaint file, checked October 10, 2026. A model this new gives owners little time to report anything, and the EX60 has been on the road for only months, so the blank row says nothing yet about how it holds up. Recalls get added as they come; enter your VIN at NHTSA's recall search before deciding.
One generation, two drivetrains
There is only one EX60 generation so far, and only one model year in EPA's data. EPA files it as a standard sport utility vehicle with four entries: the P6 electric and the P10 AWD electric, each also listed on 22-inch wheels.
Wikipedia calls it a battery-electric compact luxury crossover on Volvo's SPA3 platform, related to the Polestar 7. Its listed battery and range:
- Rear motor, rear-wheel drive: 80 kWh Sunwoda NMC battery
- Dual motor, all-wheel drive: 91 kWh Sunwoda NMC battery
- Range: 310-400 miles (500-640 km)
- Wheelbase: 2,970 mm (116.9 in)
With no complaint or recall pattern yet, the battery is the part to ask about after any crash or flood. Get a written diagnosis that says whether the pack itself was damaged.
